I have been hacked with my company credit card before. Until I proved to the bank that I was not the guilty person, They debited my account making me do all the heavy lifting for the fraud transaction. It took me a year to figure out what they did. They got my number at a gas station and bought something 1000 miles away. It saved me that I was checking into a hotel with the stolen card number but I had the card I was guilty until I went through a lot of hassle(a year) to get this off my expense report. Sure the banks are responsible but get them to agree is difficult at best. Liability is a moving target for the consumer. I don't care what they say, it is what they do. If you have been through it, you never want to go through it again. I don't ever want to go through it again. Bilboo
