John Moreno is a ex felon - criminal extortionist - and this was NOT disclosed to the shareholders by Robert Coleridge and Arnie DeWitt.

Had we known John Moreno from Spokane, WA was a criminal we would have not invested.

Now it appears that the entire Esparza family - is now in on this action with UPOT - while the VKML 200:1 were swindled and robbed ..

Richard Esparza knew all about the 200:1 and there was no problem with him to partner with John Moreno.

we would also like to know how much VKML he owned before and after the 200:1 split.

Also WHY .. has Richard Esparza "transferred" the property to Richardo Esparza.
