Yes, Irving Einhorn must have told the board to throw Ahn under the bus, and then maybe get a bagman to pay off the corrupt SEC. Let's hope for the best.

After graduating from law school in 1972, Irving M. Einhorn joined the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Chicago Regional office as an attorney and later become the Senior Trial Counsel. In 1980, he transferred to the Commission’s headquarters in Washington, D.C, and was the Assistant Chief Trial Attorney with the Division of Enforcement’s Trial Unit. Mr. Einhorn was appointed to the Regional Administrator of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s office in Los Angeles, where he oversaw the enforcement and regulatory responsibilities in the States of Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and California.In 1989 he joined Pacific Brokerage Service., as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and in 1990 Mr. Einhorn entered the private practice, specializing in securities litigation and representation of individuals before the SEC. He joined Galena Biopharma, Inc. Board of Directors in March of 2014.
