@ silkysully.... I might guess it depends on each case... if you look at a gold miner, PVG...and read their story the past year..... saw the lawyers come out, after a misconstrued,misrepresented controversy, much like GALT and others that get attacked by AF, in PVG case, when the phony dust cleared, and investor public realized the misrepresentation of facts and true value....Pretium went soaring back up to the higher levels it belonged at.

Folks who saw the bashing as the sham it was, bought more at ridiculous lows, and reality is a better place now for PVG.
