(OTC MARKET: SHOM), is pleased to announce the Company has completed the purchase of Encore Medical Staffing franchisee markets of Florence, Columbia, and Charleston, South Carolina; Nashville and Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The buyback of these offices is a critical stage in expansion of our product mix and corporate revenues. These acquisitions will boost operations, marketing, HR compliance, revenues, cash management and budgeting.
