everything under $12.50 is a buy

VIX at 11.47 implies S&P 500 move up or down by less than 3.32% for next 30 days
VXZ is has shown to hold nicely at 12 range
buying in blocks of 25, 50, 100 and sometimes 200-500
and coupled with options---i see a lot of green in the next few years
