Here is the plot for open interest. and for those who haven't seen my other post explaining. Open Interest is the total number of outstanding contracts that are held by market participants at the end of each day. Where volume measures the pressure or intensity behind a price trend, open interest measures the flow of money into the futures market. In general, when volume on a day exceeds current OI, it is thought to be bullish or "unusual volume" which shows up in the sizzle on tos, which i highly recommend people download and use. ITS FREE.
