A little history of form 10/audit filing for MIKP.
Mark originally stated to me but later denied it that the audit and form 10 would be done probably before April 15th. (That was back in March that he said that) Here we are 5 months later and we are hearing more and more BS. We have heard so many IF statements from Mark, I do not see this ending anytime soon IF EVER.

It won't be a White Space situation-- that is entirely different and, unfortunately, all too common in the film business--- many will claim they've never heard such a thing, but you look at a film like Dallas Buyer's Club that took, I believe, nearly 10 years to bring to fruition. Black Swan, award winning film-- same thing. We're working with a Producing Director partner that owns a Visual Effects company and instead of farming it out to a VFX company that may be willing to finish it for equity, they have opted to keep equity participation non-dilutive and finish it themselves as they can--- progress is being made every week on this film and it will be finished and I'm confident it will garner a nice sale.

As for the Form 10 - I have an idea as to where we are at, but given a good handful of shareholders did not respect our request to not bother BMA Securities regarding the Form211 (as they are not allowed to speak with anyone but the company). I don't want the same thing happening with our auditor. The audit is near completion, that's all I can say--- Once the Form 10 is filed, everyone will have an accountable timeline. The Form 10 is automatically effective after 60 days, and the day we file it, we'll be back on track with BMA and FINRA in working to have the Form 211 approved.

Aside from being off on my timeline at the beginning of the year, where have I contradicted myself?? We are on track, we have an auditor, we're undergoing an audit and then we file a form 10--- all of those items (audit and form 10) are being worked on as I type this--- and I have promised a timeline once I get one from the auditor-- you are overcomplicating an issue that is, admittedly, frustrating and time consuming, but it is what it is, and it's being done by capable parties.

I will not be announcing a hard date. I feel we're close enough that I will simply announce upon completion.

Tim, it's coming-- either you believe that or don't. We're all anxious, but you cannot keep pressing me for that which I cannot provide. For what it's worth to you, this was a highly productive week in terms of our finalizing the audit. I don't know what else to tell you man, you need to hang in there or don't. Keep hope alive. This is happening. This is real.

When you say file form 10, will that be with the integrated audit (including the 2nd quarter financial audit).

Thanks,

Tim

Tim- as mentioned, we are working diligently to finish the audit-- according to auditor we will be able to file the Form 10 next week-- so let's hope. In the meantime, you can continue to berate me and insult me while I work to restore shareholder value.
