Competition is always good, imo, as it causes all parties involved to better further their products which in return is good for us shareholders.


Shemuel is a determined business man and now that he has in his possession a company that is traded publicly, he will have the funds to better his product and showcase SDE technology in ways he was unable to before. Shemual has had a lot of time to think of ways to form a plan to proceed forward, maybe even in ways to catch his competitor(s) of guard.
