I called the TX Secretary of State's office to find out who owns BLDW LED Lighting & Installation, LLC.

They told me that the owners are William O'Rourke and Janet Asarch.

These names should sound familiar to all of you.

Bill and Janet are also significant others. The fact that Janet was the "president" of a shell/scam company, Eco-Wind Solutions and that she's dating/living with Bill, who was a salesman for BLDW that has a prison record for fraud & tax evasion - tells me that there were plans to screw John Graham and his family over from the very beginning.


It gets better though. Janet and Bill have connections to Bruce Pollock and Martha Pollock. I'm sure these are names you've heard before as well, since they are notorious OTC/Pinksheet scammers.

Bruce's wife, Martha is listed as a director for Eco-Wind Solutions.

Bruce Pollock and Kenny Davidson also worked for BLDW.

Bruce Pollock and Kenny Davidson also got into the LED lighting business shortly after BLDW cut ties with them. I wonder where the two of these idiots learned how to run a LED business? If I had to guess its probably from lessons learned while scamming over BLDW & John Graham. I wonder if they tried to steal their clients too?

Anybody can find out a ton more about just how much of a shitty husband & wife team Bruce and Martha Pollock are with a simple Google search. There's quite a trail of pissed off companies and shareholders that they've left behind.

They, once again, have come full circle.

I've got emails and screenshots of Bruce Pollock and Kenny Davidson working for some Aurora LED company as sales directors to prove this.



According to BLDW's PR, they were screwed over by this gang of crooks. In my opinion from the looking at the Pollocks' incestuous business relationships, this was always what Bruce, Bill, Janet, and Martha were planning on doing with John's company.
