We have to read what MF writes very carefully. He can sometimes talk around the facts. Lol. It looks like tho he has tenants and is drawing rent and lease money as we speak. If so, it would show up in 4Q fins. He may have hit on something with these land deals. This could get very interesting come dec thru march which historically is when MF stocks typically make a very nice run. I know i will be buying all i can afford to buy at these prices. I expect much higher pps come first of year. Imo
