Re:bobmick, Here are my thoughts on the Q2 earnings report and the possible reverse split.

BIO-key had low revenues for Q2 because some revenues were pushed to Q3. Q3 should have record earnings per Michael D during the CC, over $1 million and Q4 should be high as well.

The NCR/Wendy’s increase in deployment of BIO-key services will be reported in the Q3 report. I’m not sure when the revenues will be collected. It should be around $200,000. NCR is around a 4 billion dollar company. I hope they start using BIO-key in their biometric ATM’s.

Experian Credit Services is around a 2 billion dollar company. Let’s hope their customers decide to use BIO-key’s services.

BIO-key is thinking about doing a reverse split. One reason they would do this is so the share price would be over $1 and therefore qualify to trade on NASDAQ and Financial Investment companies would be willing to trade it.

IDEX has a great fingerprint touch sensor under development for the middle of next year. It is only 20% silicon and therefore will not need a bezel ring around it like the iPhone 5S does and it will fit under the glass. It will also be 30% cheaper to make.

I think the future still looks good. I'm sure the demand for more and better touch fingerprint sensors will increase at a faster and faster rate.

The IFA Consumer Electronic Show in Berlin is only 2 weeks away. It should be very interesting.

Cheers.
