Looks like auditor is frustrated with Mark (see red highlight), but he'll find a way to blame the shareholders (especially the negative ones).

Audit/Form 10 update- straight from the auditor---

"I certainly understand your issues about getting a filing done.

I am looking over the Stockholder equity reconciliation. I will have that completed soon.
xxxxxx needs to complete the Financial statements for June 2014.
xxxxxx gave me some questions that I want to get answered.

Unfortunately, xxxxx is out of the Office today and tomorrow. xxxxx needs to complete his review. As soon as we are done, I will need to send the Form 10 to our quality reviewer. It is the filer’s responsibility to have the reporting done accurately before we look at. If the product is substantially complete we can rush through the project, but in your case your reporting controls have been weak causing me to do more work than normal. We can get this out next week."

And here is the next delay.
