IT ALREADY STARTED TO TURN DA - 2 Dams and a Refinery - ISIS's MAIN ASSETS in Iraq -

The Mosul Dam was their #1 PRIORITY and ASSET

So losing it MAKES THEM A LOT WEAKER

So much for blowing the Dam up as a last resort to try to create chaos - No longer an option as they are swept away
