"I discussed with Ms. Leslie Grab that removing the limitation of an "analog" of a spider silk fibroin polypeptide from the claimed invention would move the claims to condition for allowance. Ms Grab mentioned that she felt the declaration by Applicant filed on 7/21/2014 would address the concerns regarding the breadth of analog. I discussed with here that the claimed invention still encompassed an analog of a spider silk fibroin polypeptide of any species of spider and that the issues would be set forth in a new Written Description rejection."
