Yup, think of it this way. Erbb issues a million shares to Robert tomassi for his patent with a .10 pps would lead them to giving out 10x less shares for the patent than if the share price is at .01. Stephen even mentioned to me about a month ago the low share price is making it hard for him to close deals.
