Robber has started dumping again, outstanding shares for PCFG at 3.2 billion shares, going to 10 billion and then reverse split, that is what I and others who are familiar with Robber the chief thief officer of PCFG 's past actions, have said since the outstanding shares were about 90 million after the 2nd reverse split.
