For those in MYEC that are concerned with these judgements against MYEC from 12+ months ago need to remember that the wheels of justice turn very slow and may be concerning issues that happened a year prior. I operate a 24M per year business and have 2 lawsuits pending right now that occurred in 2010 and 2011. Cannot remember the last time I didn't have a pending lawsuit. Just people want you hard earned money. Most lawsuits are the result of some litigious attorney that wants the majority of a settlement. I have also cancelled contracts for the other party not making good on their commitments. Remember the only thing you are seeing by these posts is that there is a judgement. No facts involved. Sometimes it is easier to just settle than pay the legal fees. Some people need to get out of their office and live in the real world, operate a business and not just sit and do taxes for people.
