This is a fully sec compliant company. Fully reporting. Has been for years. The market valuation here is beyond my comprehension. They have a tangible net asset value. This is over a million dollar company. Half of the o/s is owned by insiders and it is restricted by covenants. There have been no increases in the a/s for a long time. They have not been suspended . The convertibles are redeemed. The losses incurred due to accounting procedures. When a debenture is issued and the price of the stock goes down accounting counts the loss twice. I cant tell time very well but this is goldmine for someone right now . Mark it Watch it . Time will bear its fruit. my opinion my gains if it happens too. This company has sustained its operations during one of Americas worst economic periods. This is a bottom feeders dream boat. Look at the recent volume. To me nothing for a stock in this price level. If they realize a profit this quarter things might just change.
