You got it wrong. HC has to give enough licenses by April 2015 in order to prove to the court that there is no need for the injunction. MMPR was not invalidated by the court system, so it's staying. Furthermore, HC has approved 2-3 more producers since the original 12, so you're wrong there too.
Colorado is estimated to go through 110 tons of weed this year. Canada is about 7 times bigger, so we're looking at a conservative 300-400 ton MJ Market. We have 14-15 approved producers that could produce about 150 tons [50% of market] and Tweed is the biggest one with about 15 tons [5% of market]. Supreme will be about 8% of the market. HC needs to approve at least 10 more Tweed sized producers to meet demand.
