BR, Thank you. This is just another example of how inept our medical establishment is - or, could it possibly be that it does not wish to know as they make such INCREDIBLE money for themselves. Also, big pharma has this market sewed up - with their chemo and radiation treatments. It's time our doctors and patients together insist upon getting the state of the art treatments now today which would - of course - involve these newer therapies such as Pona and others.
Should the lower dose be optimum for this practice, so be it. Nonetheless, drugs such as Pona have proven themselves both in the lab and by their trials. It seems docs in our country are so afraid of law suits (the preponderance of which is a shame) that they take what they consider conservative treatments; but, by so doing neglect to consider to fight for the patients themselves. At least ask them!
