There is not one scintilla of evidence to indicate tortious interference. That line of accusation, like the concerted smear campaign against the Boom Brothers, is merely a weak and transparent tactic to try to get the Boom brothers to settle for less than they are owed. It looks to me like it has backfired. Rather than weakening them, all the smear campaign has done is to strengthen the Boom Brother's resolve.

Shareholders need to take a step back and think this thing through. If there was clear evidence of tortious interference, why wasn't a lawsuit filed against the Boom Brothers months ago? It would have been MW/RW's fiduciary duty to do so. The answer is obvious; there wasn't and isn't any such evidence.

Now that we know that the entire company is on the hook, and not just the Supreme subsidiary, the ramifications of the lawsuit are much more serious and put all share holders at 100% jeopardy.
