He fails to file RIGH's quarterly disclosure, then invents some never-before-heard-of catalog to be distributed by some non-existent sales force (check the filings for "salary costs:- there ARE NONE!) in order to distract from his... deficiencies.

Pitifully transparent but sadly some will be duped.

And there is always a coalition of those waiting for "the greater fool"...
