That is ASYI in a nut shell !

Yep, for years I eluded to all the FACTUAL information in the filings but the promoters cried foul. ASYI had it all in the filings.

Signed rights over to THEIR OWN private company.
Raised AS quickly in a short time.
Toxic financing.
Lost leases and were sued over them.
Fired all employees and owed back pay.

The TRUTH was there.

The smoke and mirrors came from the stuck shareholders, pump and dump teams, promoters, awareness campaigners and the hoards of giddy followers soaked a lot of unsuspecting chasers into the black hole known as ASYI
