I don't care if the raw bagasse is free. If the costs to process it and sell it exceed the revenue produced from its ales, its a loser. Which is exactly why bagasse is freely dumped. No one yet has found a truly cost efficient way to make it generally useful in any form. If IFUS had a way, MW/RW botched it. Just like they've botched everything else they have touched.
