Right Steve, We have all been pretty much on the money predicting that the 10Q would only produce bad news from the past performance of the company. So that is really a positive as our predictions were correct. This most likely will prove out our other predictions of distribution and sales currently being produced. Most of us hoped for the latest and what "really must be some exiting news" but knew in our hearts that the new business being generated by HJOE would not be reviled in the 10Q. This holding back on the news was expected especially considering the phone conversations with HJOE where they insist that the strategy is a tight lipped one. Though I do hope that strategy can run its course very soon and change in a very big and positive way!!!!

We all know from a news release that the TCA Global Credit Master Fund, LP settlement is a really big step in the right direction they addressed this in the 10Q and now HJOE is open to better options to raise capital.

HJOE has only been effectively releasing products to certain stores for around 2 months or less(correct me if I am wrong). From Facebook posts and tweets as our only source of most news(god help us)it seems HJOE is really racking up the distributors and stores. One would think there would have to be some reorders by now (of course those sales and placements--no matter how impressive are not and were not going to be included in the 10Q this time around).

Loan companies are not running from HJOE as they see the potential at hand. Larry the Cable Guy is not running from HJOE. United 1 Labs a rock solid manufacturer with global shipping capability is not running from HJOE. We are told in social media by HJOE that distributors and retail stores (and their customers) seem to be running "towards" HJOE (including our own buddy Luxeyguy who is distributing product first hand). We have a new commercial video on Youtube showcasing Git-R-Done Energy Drink. The only thing left is for HJOE to start becoming more vocal in the news that reports to the investment community to kick the PPS to the next level. I believe there are many other positive fronts to point out (even in the short term while the PPS is low) see if you can reply with some of those!
