CV-2013-1050 I think it interesting but it still leads me to question why Process Electronics took HTI/AHS to court for Breach of Contract as there was nothing for them to manufacture.
page 7 "even Plaintiff [Process} acknowledges that neither HTI nor AHS has yet "successfully developed a market for their technology" as it is still undergoing testing."
page 9 "at minimum, the question of ownership of the intellectual property is very much in dispute."
page 11/12 AFFIDAVIT of CHARLTON COATS
#2 "at no time did I or anyone else acting on behalf of AHS or HTI represent that HTI exclusively owned all of the intellectual property rights that were the subject of the Purchase Contract
{with Process}."
