I guess you should ask the holders of VAPE , a sub penny that open after the RS at $16 and went to $45 before it pulled back.

This is New school, the old way is the company would do the RS to take money out of your pocket and the new way is to put money in your pocket andas well as the company's treasury in the form $5 stock to pay bills and use as currency to buy other companies.
