New Western Energy Corp. (OTCQB:NWTR), an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil, gas and other minerals in North America, today announced it has completed its acquisition of the Moab Oil and Gas Project, consisting of 217 acres located in Nowata County, Oklahoma which is comprised of four leases; the Taylor, Roberts, Roebuck, and Walker.
