there is a very real but fleeting opportunity for ONCI to release news and trigger a run back to multiple pennies. the float, as evidenced by the the total volume traded since the split, is quite low - less than $100k would buy the entire float if it were all for sale at the current pps. In other words, we are sitting on a powder keg here... but there's no guarantee it will get lit.
