I think this is actually very favorable to wsgi. Means that 1) there IS a basis for a case, 2) discovery may be very uncomfortable for some at ljc and their rogue MM friends and they may want to settle at some point and actually pay wsgi for some of the damages to the share price, 3) at the very least, we have slightly over a year to increase revenues and get to a point of stability and growth.

Looking forward to seeing the 10Q. Hopeful that the strong upward trajectory that the Chairman mentioned in his letter is still intact.
