That's not correct ,at any time anyone can tell their broker (ANY BROKER , ANY STOCK) to declare the shares worthless.

I am no financial advisor and hardly like smvi or what happened here but I believe it is crazy to want at out 0.0001 or ZERO.


If a person owns smvi shares and does not need the write off (HENCE A PERSON MADE HUGE SCORES ELSE WHERE) WHY NOT HOLD AND THINK OF SMVI AS A LOTTLO AND HOPE ONE DAY IT GOES AGAIN,

I would not buy nor sell here ,no reason fer either at this point.

Also the offer has been 0.0002 ,so if someone REALLY wanted out, all they would have to do is throw them up at 0.0001 and wait.
