The announcement to shareholders was very welcome but I would think it was done knowing the SEC had cleared everything and we would quickly receive that information. Maybe it comes later but how much later will affect the price as raggy said. I backed off the bid as did others and the ask suffered as well. go $IDLM

I still want to see the emails proffered by mikey, goes to credibility to both parties.
