Maybe John Moreno, Robert Coleridge and Arnie DeWitt are going to pay investors what they lost in VKML, now the Esparza Klan along with Coleridge and DeWitt are making a run at the next group of investors in UPOT.
The Esparza Klan never disclosed they were "associated" with John Moreno after the article we now know that indeed they were, in fact Moreno says Esparza's owe him over 50K >> we would like to know for what and how much of VKML stock the Esparza's EVER owned and when they sold it, we can be sure Moreno knows and he is going to tell.
Esparza's ( all of them - wife and kids ) need to DISCLOSE their VKML Holdings and When they SOLD shares, where are their brokerage accounts?
Moreno has all this information and he is going to try and save his arse and tell all - as a convicted Felon Moreno - faces much greater penalties.
