The 9,600,000 shares being purchased by Vanguard From a post on Agora

The 9,600,000 shares being purchased by Vanguard, appear to be coming out of the Clean Tech Investors, LLC account. These specific shares were part of the 36,901,400 shares Clean Tech purchased from Neah Power per 8K on 11-22-13 for $700,000 (.019 per share). The $145,000 (.0151 per share) purchase price to Vanguard represents an approx. $37,000 loss to Clean Tech. (.019 - .0151 = .0039 by 9,600,000).

Do you think Clean Tech is expecting the share price to be close to .019 by mid August, or do you think Clean Tech views the transaction as more of a positive to get Vanguard's association with Neah, even if Clean Tech looses a little on share price? Or maybe both - they expect the share price to be .019 or more by August 15 and they also value the Vanguard name.
