Why has AVTC failed to file with the SEC 2 years of audited financials, including the 2012 and 2013 10K's and 5 10Q's for 2013 and 2014?

MISSING FROM THE AVTC SEC FILINGS:
1. 2012 10K (including audited financials)
2. 2013 10K (including audited financials)
3. 2013 first quarter 10Q
4. 2013 second quarter 10Q
5. 2013 third quarter 10Q
6. 2014 first quarter 10Q
7. 2014 second quarter 10Q
