Acquired two Insolvent Adult Gaming businesses that are being currently investigated for illegal activity

First and foremost the Florida Statute provided by a shareholder:

2014 Florida Statutes

849.161 Amusement games or machines; when chapter inapplicable.—

(1) As used in this section, the term:

(a) “Amusement games or machines” means games which operate by means of the insertion of a coin, and which by application of skill may entitle the person playing or operating the game or machine to receive points or coupons, the cost value of which does not exceed 75 cents on any game played, which may be exchanged for merchandise. The term does not include casino-style games in which the outcome is determined by factors unpredictable by the player or games in which the player may not control the outcome of the game through skill.

This is crucial because it establishes the actual business that was acquired, unlike the Fluff PRs that made it out to be some type of Casino business, this is actually an amusement only business. As Florida Statute recently changed and outlawed casino style games and only allowing games that are COIN operated and only pay out coupons or accumulate points. There are to be no cash awards and game cards issued to customers.

GNCP filed disclosures naming the exact companies purchased in their acquisition of Gold Coast Gaming Corp/Group:

It is recorded that Gold Coast Gaming Corp owns 100% (One hundred percent) of the Issued Share Capital and Members Interest of both:-

- Boardwalk Brothers, Inc., a Florida Corporation; and
- Play It Again FLA, LLC, a Florida Corporation

This is on Page 4 of the disclosure:

These are all owned by Mitchell M Fisher

Well what wasn’t known is the following, the so called “cash flow” businesses are actually being investigated for illegal activity and were caught recently in a News Team sting operation:

Best parts are, the owner Mr. Mitchell stating that they are barely keeping their head above water concerning operations, legal counsel clearly stating they are operating illegally and of course the video evidence clearly showing they are giving out gaming cards and paying cash.
