A judgement can be filed by anyone, against anyone or any company at any time, with or without knowledge. In many cases, it's a one-sided court decision since the defendants don't even appear, because, well...they have no clue it's even going on since they were never served! Read the decision you posted. It claims plantiffs have "sufficient evidence" which was never argued since, again...the defendents weren't there!!!

And that would be what Halberd is fighting against, as they did previously and had overturned.
