My opine (declare, expect, anticipate) in regards to the incident of John Bourque's appeal against his conviction and sentence is but an attempt to travel within a stable boat known by me as my balanced* mind to view what may be a final destination of place and time propelled by winds affected by the disorder of John Bourque's mental awareness for possible legal proceedings where his sphere of activity allows him to drown his sorrows, and float his well-being, as he calculates a series of steps to be carried out such that goals will be accomplished with the same attitude of "I don't give a $hit about the hurting BORK shareholders."
