Think about it for a second. America is a small piece of the pie when it comes to the world. Gwph started off in 22 other countries then came to America. Now America can prohibit gwph to sell here, fine whatever they have the whole other world to distribute to. Who can America distribute to outside of the USA not breaking any of gwph patents ? Maybe it doesn't make sense but just another way of looking at it. I personally think they will profit workig together or there will be a huge international bidding war for gwph
