LTS, there is some behind the curtain talk about them getting some sort of new contract through PDI. What exactly it encompasses or is all about I don't know.

I don't know what that sort of news would/could do for the SP, but I'm not getting too excited until I hear some real news first and the SP acts positively on the news.
