Thank you for your post. Regarding the auditors. According to public filings of the company and the federal government, the prior auditor was under investigation by the governing accounting board of the US federal government and only had one publically traded company as a customer. After the investigation the prior auditor shut down their audit office and merged with another company. Firing them seems like a good decision to me. My research on the current auditor, Weaver would indicate they are well versed on oil and gas and work with some very big public companies. Thank you again for your historical insight. As mentioned in my last post, my oil and gas friends really like what this company is doing today. I'm going to follow them. Please post any new information you may find and I'll share it with them.
