I guess no news concerning the Ecolocap Team or am I wrong?

As for the US legal system - it's very sad, that the SEC is too weak and unsponsive - and presumably works at limited capacity cause lack of resources. I had no idea and it surprises me!

As for technology - Yes, I know. The idea is not new, goes many years back (in World War II adding water to aviation gasoline produced strenghed output to the airplanes) - but improvements in basic science (Nano, Microbubbles, IT) could bring new life to these ideas.
"Ecolocap" is only one of these Companies. "Quadrise" http://www.quadrisefuels.com/ (I'm no investor - yet at least) is these months testing the socalled MSAR (Multiphase Superfine Atomised Residue) fuel on 2 Maersk ships, this concerns both fuel costs and reduction in sulphur emission, very important.

As for "Ecolocap" - In spite of all the information on SEC, finance culture and Ecolocap people I'm still having a hard time to realise and indeed accept that

Claude Pellerin,
Jeung Yeal Kwak,
Young Yeal Kwak,
Chi Woo Nam and
Han Joong Kim
all represent that kind of management. All these people have fine records and if actually "Ecolocap" is a scam by the CEO alone, anyone of these other people would morally and perhaps legally be obliged to speak out.

When I read Your reply I felt the same spirit of America I know of from my many tours to US, last time to Palo Alto, San Francisco and planning another this summer.
