The stock will be revoked. The company has been liquidated, the corp is dirty, defunct, abandoned and SPNGQ's corporation can never be restored as a going concern

The assets were gained by ill-gotten means ( security fraud ) and selling illegal shares

These are known facts and by guilty pleas from the crooks ( SEC RULES, not mine )

No one else will ever get burned by SPNGQ
