krysti, while I don't disagree on the share issue...IMO it was to set up Nicole and Ali's family for life because they know there is news on the horizon. While Rainco only owns 1% of the shares, they manage GEG. That is just my opinion as I can see it just being a matter of dilution as well, as that is Ali's game...selling notes and pumping the pps with baseless information.
However, the merger was a reverse merger of Metwood into GEG. I thought I had seen a post from you earlier this year saying that as well but could be wrong.
Also...they have not released any baseless PRs since they announced Metwood accepted the deal. From what I read in the filings Metwood was still up in the air until this spring on whether they wanted to complete the deal with GEG.
While I agree that all of this is suspect and has a crapshoot of being successful, the difference here and at Ali's other company is that UBRG has revenues and I believe we will see revenues in excess of their highest year with the June 30 year end filing and they have NDR which is a legitimate business. I would rather be invested here than there.
