Merger is as likely as coal shipments, Das88.
The sole purpose of the deal with Metwood was to create a bundle of shares for selling at a later date.

At present they're just cooking up a plausible 'story-line' before using those shares as backing for convertible loan stock. When the story-line gets traction they will release those convertible notes, through the usual suspects.
