Notice how they filed Form 8K on June 9, 2014 for an agreement dated April 23, 2014. A little past the 4 days for Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Agreement.

Sad thing is, as a shell company, it would be its only asset/operations.

What happened to Form 8K Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition?

Then what happened to amended Form 8K Item 9.01 with audited financials and pro formas from the acquired entity?

I guess this was a scam after all just to pump and dump some shares.
