yes and no...remember we are far away from china ...we have no idea how their business pratices are...i still think there is a good chance that their business is doing fine but for whatever reason they cannot or don't want to file....it's not onl ythem btw...many chines otc companies are doing the same...well the SEC will not delist them because of that....
