GoldenRooster, that's possible, but I think it depends on how important they view that aspect of their simulator. If they think it's a significant enough reason for clients to purchase their product, they can't settle out of court and discontinue its use without significantly impacting their revenue. Three times royalty? Sounds like Virtra is really trying to put the screws to them, so they must believe they have a really good case.
