NX Global Inc. States This Is The Start Of A New Era With The Announcement Of Major Moves

07/23/2014 - - NX Global, Inc. (OTCPINK:NEGS) NX Global, Inc., announced today the acquisition of Blue 22 Entertainment Inc., Star 1 Enterprises Inc. and Prince Kennedy as President/COO.
As the NEGS continues with its turnaround and new Business Model of a Holding Company with the focus on Entertainment, Sports and Technology acquisitions and partnerships they took another step forward with the acquisition of Star I Enterprises Inc. and the Hiring of Prince Kennedy as President.

In a statement from the company "The acquisitions of Star 1 Enterprises Inc. and Blue 22 Entertainment Inc. along with the hiring of entertainment veteran Prince Kennedy. Prince is ready to step into the challenge of turning the company around and will use his years of experience with taking command as a leader and grow NX Global in to the company we know it can be. Over the next several weeks, NX Global will be announcing the new Board of Directors additional management and staff and a more detailed business plan and strategy that will include a model of content development and production in the Entertainment and Sports products that will integrate with the use Technology Partners. Additionally, we are currently conducting a step-by-step analysis to achieve certain goals such as increasing revenue, reduction of debt, bringing value to our shareholders and producing profits. The company will be examining new opportunities and acquisitions as a part of its restructuring goals."

Prince is working with Wu-Tang Clan, Def Jam artists handing booking services as well Producing and Co-Producing live events prince will be working with 22 Social Club Productions Inc. as a Talent Specialist and assist with Live Event Production and Development
